Answer phones and take messages
Greet customers in lobby
Communicate and schedule orders with customers
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Light sales
Light office cleaning
Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
Perform basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks
Assist other office staff/sales personnel as needed
Schedule daily freight shipment
Required skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with office and manufacturing staff
Strong organizational skills/ ability to multitask and be a self-starter
Good writing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Quickbooks knowledge a plus but willing to train
