Judah Labor Force is now hiring for an Office Administrator in the Canby area.
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to take on the role of Administrative Coordinator within a thriving farm and packing shed. The ideal candidate will be up for the challenge of learning about farming processes, have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage clerical tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
-Must be willing to learn farming processes
-Must be able to manage clerical tasks (computer knowledge required)
-Must have forklift experience
-Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
-Must have reliable transportation
-Farming experience preferred
-Supervising experience preferred
Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise farm workers and labor crews
-Promote teamwork, safety and a strong work ethic
-Provide guidance and training to farm personnel
-Work closely with owner to take over hiring and training of new employees
-Manage administrative tasks including record keeping, data entry and documentation
-Handle some incoming calls and emails directing them to appropriate departments
-Handle confidential and sensitive information
-Food safety record keeping
-Identify opportunities to enhance farm operations
-Facilitate effective communication between farm management and field staff and other departments
