Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and handle leads professionally.

Manage clerical tasks, including filing, Invoicing, data entry, and document management.

Track job progress and assist with project management.

Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

Handle bill payments and other financial tasks.

Utilize Excel for various administrative tasks and job tracking.

Perform general math calculations for payroll and billing.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general math skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.

A positive attitude and a team player.
