This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.
The Delivery and Taproom Associate assists our Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and Taproom departments by delivering our products directly to bars, restaurants, and consumers' doorsteps and educating, recommending, and serving 2 Towns Ciderhouse products to the public. The ideal candidate is passionate about our products and provides excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

- You excel at learning new things and educating others
- You’re comfortable driving a company vehicle for extended periods and maintaining communication with dispatchers
- You’re comfortable loading and unloading up to 165 pounds without assistance
- You have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings
- You’re at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Compensation
This is a non-exempt position with two different hourly rates based on the shift/position you are scheduled to work.
DTC (direct-to-consumer)
Starting wage: $19.00 / hr.
Scheduled hours per week: 2-3 shifts between Wednesday - Friday (occasional Tuesdays)
Taproom
Starting wage: $14.70 / hr. + tips
Scheduled hours per week: Saturday - Sunday / 8-10 hour shift
There will be opportunities to pick up additional shifts in each department and to work off-premise events as a Brand Ambassador for 2 Towns Ciderhouse.
