Shipyard duties to be fulfilled as required or assigned.LICENSE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: The Purser must be vaccinated for Hepatitis B. Basic First Aid Required, Medical Person In Charge training/certification required within 6 months of employment in this position, DOT drug and alcohol testing compliance certification, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer skills, and HACCP Certification.JOB DESCRIPTION: The Purser/Data Manager works under the direction of the Master and Mate and is responsible for assisting onboard managers with the administration of their duties, communicating vessel information and needs to the Seattle office and governmental agencies as required. Provide medical assistance to injured/ill crewmembers. Inspect fresh and frozen product to identify non-conforming elements, ensure product meets company quality standards.
