Inventory Specialist – Bar None Auction
Bar None Auction is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Woodburn, OR Auction Team. This person will be responsible for checking in items for our monthly auction. Specifically, you will do the following:
Accurately write up each item on an inventory sheet.
Take photographs of the items.
Move the item(s) to sale position parking spot on the lot.
Place inventory stickers on items.
Jump Starting Equipment/Vehicles If the batteries are dead.
Use forklift to Load/Unload Stationary Items.
Other lot duties as assigned by Yard Manager.
The types of items you will be inventorying regularly:
Ag Tractors and Ag Implements
Equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.
Industrial tools – compactors, generators, saws, compressors, pressure washers, etc.
Commercial vehicles – service trucks, bucket trucks, truck tractors, trailers, containers, etc.
This is a full-time position with normal hours from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some overtime should be expected, especially during auction week and on auction day. We work rain or shine in a graveled yard outdoors.
Knowledge of operating equipment is preferred
Forklift experience is a MUST.
TIP: if you can look at an engine and tell me fuel type and and how many cylinders it got and you can read a tag and extract information from them this job might be for you
Work Location: Woodburn, OR
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Not Remote)
Compensation: $20-$22 DOE
