We are looking to hire a reliable siding helper to join our team immediately. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position with steady work and opportunity to grow.
Job Duties:
Assist siding installers on residential and/or commercial job sites
Load and unload materials (vinyl, Hardie board, wood, etc.)
Use basic tools: tape measure, level, drill, etc.
Hold and position siding pieces while installer secures them
Cut siding under supervision (if trained)
Keep the job site clean and organized
Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Must be reliable and show up on time
Basic construction knowledge is helpful
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Drug-free and safety-minded
Raises based on performance
