Certified Nursing Assistant I & II – Starting at $18.55-$28.90
All Star Labor & Staffing is now hiring for multiple CNAs in the Salem, OR area.
Position Highlights: As a Certified Nursing Assistant your compassionate and empathetic nature will ensure that you are working within your scope of practice to maintain a safe environment for patients while delivering exceptional care.
Core Functions: Completes personal care on each patient as directed by plan of care, including policies and procedures, without continual direct supervision. Accurately performs skills per policy and procedure. Completes only those skills duties for which competency has been demonstrated basic and advanced skills checklists. Observes and reports any patient condition changes to the Primary Nurse such as: abnormal vital signs, abnormal responses to care, change in patient behavior, functional status, patient complaints, changes in skin integrity, falls, etc. Documents pertinent patient information concisely and legibly using acceptable medical terminology and abbreviation on all assigned patients. Assumes additional clerical responsibilities as department needs dictate.
Background/Requirements:
Currently certified in the State of Oregon to practice as a CNA.
Have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card from the American Heart Association.
Well-developed computer skills and ability to lean additional programs with minimal training.
Ability to work tactfully and effectively with physicians, nurses and other hospital employees

Units available: General Surgery, Medical Surgical Oncology, Orthopedics, Medical Telemetry Unit, Medical Surgical Unit, Medical Unit, Float Pool, CDU (Clinical Decision Unit), Surgical Neuro Trauma Care Unit, IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit), ICU (Intensive Care Unit), CVCU (Cardiovascular Care Unit) and NTCU (Neuro Trauma Care Unit).
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
FT/PT. 12-hour shifts,
Day shift, 7am-730pm
Night shift, 7pm to 730am
All units have one of 2 scheduling models, self-scheduling, or rotations
❗ All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for multiple positions in the Salem, Stayton, Newberg, Wilsonville, Woodburn, OR area. Payrate depends on position, experience, and shift, it can range from $13.75 to $30.00 or more an hour.
