DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

General hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8a-5p.At Addus Homecare, our employees are our greatest asset.

As an Addus Registered Nurse, you will:

-Work for a rapidly growing company in the nation's fastest growing industry

-Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.

-Enjoy the experience of working one-on-one with clients and their families to develop a plan of care through the initial assessment process.

-Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.

-Monitor and Supervise Medication services

-Occasional delegation to non-licensed staff

-Present educational in-service and initial trainings

-Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

-Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion

-Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in Oregon

-Excellent assessment and communication skills

-Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized

-Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
