Needing part time line cook for new restaurant opening in Dallas (formerly Latitude One). Part time for Thursdays and Fridays. Limited menu, mostly small plates. Need to be creative with presentation, plating. All food handmade, no SYSCO, etc. Great opportunity for someone who wants to have total control over kitchen in creative menu and additionally follow house recipes already created by staff.
Hours open to public is 4pm to 9pm. Total hours is 10 on Thursday for prep and 8 on Fridays. Wage dependent on experience. Tips additional.
Open Saturday, March 15th at location from noon to 6pm for in person interviews in addition to emailing your resume.
