What you will do -You will:

Implement recruitment marketing and employer branding plans to attract high-quality applicants.

Manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters.

Track, measure, and report on campaign results.

Ensure our company’s career site, content, and campaigns are brand compliant, engaging content and suggest improvements.

Research external diversity-focused organizations and create marketing campaigns to diversify talent pipelines that reflect the communities we live in and serve.

Create and implement strategies for building and engaging talent communities.

Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry.

Create content for our careers blog (strykercareersblog.com) by researching stories internally and collaborating with employees globally.

Create marketing materials (brochures, templates, social media posts, etc.).

What you need-

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Previous recruitment marketing experience preferred

Stryker Brand knowledge and proficiency

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies irritate you.

Working with diverse audiences globally while collaborating with internal and external partners

$56- $86k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
