Need some help

I need help with everyday things, plus minimal working out my legs, showering and preparing snack. You need to be in good physical shape to help me shower and to get in my pickup, however I do only weigh about 110 pounds. It could be mornings afternoons or evenings. I am very flexible 2 to 4 hours a day 2 to 4 days a week or evenings
