Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe National Account Executive for Medicare Sales and Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and maximize revenue in the Medicare market. This role requires a deep understanding of Medicare programs, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong ability to navigate the healthcare landscape. The National Account Executive will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and achievement of business objectives.Core Competencies and Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the Medicare market through partner engagement and consulting.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including downline partners, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Medicare and Life downline partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Medicare market.
Develop proposals to use our platform, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential downlines.
Work with marketing and product development teams to create compelling value propositions and sales materials.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, reporting, commissions, and contracting, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Provide feedback and insights to product development teams to inform future processes and enhancements.
Mentor and support sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with changes in Medicare regulations, policies, and programs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients and internal teams to enhance knowledge and understanding of our platform of services.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management and our partners alike.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
Provide recommendations for improving sales processes and strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medicare sales, account management, or a related role in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of Medicare programs, regulations, and the healthcare market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel 25-40% is required.
High School degree, but bachelor's in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a strong plus.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$90,800 - $124,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan.
