Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionThe Manufacturing Operator will function as part of a team in the manufacturing of 1st quality product while applying knowledge of working characteristics in a manufacturing environment utilizing required machinery and equipment. Manufacturing Operators can perform multiple tasks conducted by the team in the manufacturing process and rotate through all or most of them rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.Responsibilities
Operate a forklift and overhead crane
Understand, practice, and support safety standards in all work and in all locations within the plant.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
Inspect materials, components, and production equipment according to established standards.
Ensure the product meets production requirements and quality standards.
Perform general tasks and complete routine assignments.
Maintain a clean work area per required standards.
Complete routine forms, safety and environmental inspections, and other paperwork as needed.
Essential Skills
Manufacturing or Production experience
Sit-down Forklift operation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Overhead crane operation is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety rules
Ability to frequently walk, stand, climb and lift/leverage 50+ lbs.
Willingness to work shift work and overtime as needed

Shift can vary depending on the week!
6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
6am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
Pay: $20 an hour
Paid Weekly
