This position will be full-time and remote.What You'll Do

Supports and coordinates obtaining data gathering

Supports and coordinates data mapping sessions as required

Creates data extraction reports as required from Cornerstone and executes data extraction

Works with functional workstream lead and subject matter experts to support data mapping

Transforms learning historical data to Workday learning required data templates

Conducts data transformation and validations as required

Establishes, builds, and performs technical validations (i.e., counts, checks on data and those required by CG)​

Leads & documents the reporting for technical validations.

Conducts and supports the technical validation of the data loading in Workday

Supports the functional team with data mapping validation and inquiries

What You'll NeedRequired:

3+ years of relevant work experience executing HCM Data Migrations, preferably Workday Learning

Experience with Workday EIBs and Workday reporting

Experience with Cornerstone & Workday Learning

At least two full cycles (end-to-end) workday HCM learning implementations

Excellent Excel & technical skills

Strong organization and communication skills

Must be act independently, facilitating and managing discussion and corralling decision making

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
