We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong interpersonal skills to become part of our team. Accounting, Spreadsheet and Office Management experience would be helpful. We are looking for someone that is Honest, Reliable, Dependable, Trustworthy, Self Motivated and gets along well with other people.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Payroll and Quarterly Reports
Quickbooks
Journal Entries
Ledger Cards
Financial Reports
Accounts Payable and Receivable
3 Years of Accounting Experience
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:
Computer software, Word, Excel, Word Perfect, Quattro Pro, Turbo Tax and Quickbooks
Office Management
Rental Management
Property Management
Knowledge and Experience with Tax Preparation
Customer Service
Property Maintenance
Forms, Contracts, Leases
2 Year Degree in Accounting Principles
Full Time Position. Monday thru Friday 8-5.
