Swing shift and graveyard shift
Salary and/or hourly compensation for the position will be negotiated individually taking into consideration the individual's overall experience for the position.
Responsibilities are:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees by carefully monitoring all persons entering and exiting Company premises and immediately reporting any unsafe or suspicious activities to management personnel.
Document all Company equipment entering and exiting A&M property on a form provided by Company. Confirm that the correct truck & trailer combination and driver operating truck match what is listed on the documentation provided by A&M dispatch.
Document all safety violations on company form and report to appropriate Company representative.
Assist drivers who are preparing to depart the yard by locating their truck and or trailer. Whenever possible match up tractors and trailers by pre-staging the tractor in front of the assigned trailer.
Assist Company drivers with the fueling, washing, and general inspection of their truck and trailer while parked within the A&M fueling facility.
Verbally instruct drivers in the proper use of “drive-through truck wash” and “trucks scales.”
Security Skills and Qualifications: reporting verbal and written, good judgment, safety management, professionalism, minor lifting, aware of surroundings, dependability, and valid driver’s license.
Will report to Safety/Personnel Director while also communicating with Management on any major concerns or observations.
Using Company provided vehicle, patrol premises on a schedule determined by Management to inspect buildings, equipment, and access points; only permitting entry to A&M Employees and other authorized personnel. Report any security or safety issues to the proper A&M management personnel.
Ability to park and move trucks/trailers preferred.
