Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, vendors and employees
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Check, sort and forward emails
Keep updated records and files
Receive and dispatch orders for products and services
Use radio, phone or computer to send out crews to appropriate locations
Enter data in the computer system to maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Great phone etiquette
Active listener with excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs
Sound judgement and critical thinking
Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
