Carpenter Needed
A skilled carpenter to join our property management team. Year-round work. This position includes doing carpentry for some new construction, repairing-renovating rentals, installing new soffits, siding, windows, doors, some roofing, and painting the exterior and interior of buildings.
Currently, we have 4 other workers: 1. A maintenance man, who has some carpentry skills. 2. A carpenter, 3. A general helper with management, yard, and painting. 4. A landscaper, yard person, Each worker are individual contractor getting daily assignments, and sometimes assignments will overlap, help each other as a team, doing a specific project.
Prerequisite.
A. You should have your tools.
B. Provide your transportation to and from various jobs in a 5-mile radius in Roseburg.
C. Show proof of a legal Driver's license, and liability insurance, and pass pee test.
D. We want a Carpenter with skills! Not a handyman with some carpentry skills. Carpenter must be able to get on ladders, and scaffolding, crawl under houses, and feel comfortable on roofs.
This is a good job if you have the skills and work ethic! Pay, TBA
Our work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. Very few Saturdays.
