University Catering at UO is seeking a candidate with banquet/catering experience, superior people skills, high energy, guest relations skills and an appreciation for a job well done.
The Catering Captain (Food Service Worker 3) position oversees and directs a large work staff of students and classified staff from preparation to execution of multiple events on and off campus.
Must have skills in training staff; lead work, supporting and coaching, and serving, set-up and bar operations.
