Rinella Produce is hiring a responsible, friendly and dependable Night Warehouse Supervisor. Experience in Warehouse Operations and Transportation is essential. Experience in Produce and/or Food Service is preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can problem solve on the fly.

This is an overnight, full-time position.

In this position your main responsibilities would include:

Take the lead in meeting performance goals, scheduling delivery routes and employees, and motivating team members.

Ensure all product is stored and handled in accordance with all food safety laws and regulations.

Maintaining inventory, including ordering and purchasing product. Organizing and maintaining warehouse to minimize inventory loss or product shortages. Knowing appropriate volume of product needed by the business.

Maintain accurate inventory counts and rotate product based on expiration dates and/or spoilage.

Keep track of status of fleet of vehicles. Ensure vehicles are in safe condition to drive and that deliveries are only loaded on vehicles ready for use.

Oversee picking of orders for deliveries and ensures orders are loaded appropriately onto trucks to minimize product damage and maximize route efficiency.

On-boards and trains new warehouse employees in all tasks and procedures. Enforces company policies and works to maintain an effective and cohesive team.

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse experience, including experience leading teams.

Knowledge of how to operate warehousing equipment such as an electric pallet jack, pallet racking, yard ramps, and carts.

High level of quality control and accuracy; strong attention to detail.

Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-90 lbs.

Fluent English is an absolute requirement. Speaking, understanding, writing, and reading.

Clean criminal history. No felonies; some misdemeanors may be accepted. A background check will be made.

The ability to pass a drug screen all employees must fulfill all regular drug screen requests made by HR and follow the safety code guidelines. This includes marijuana.

Valid OR Driver's License and a clean driving record (No DUI's or diversion within the last 10 years).
