We are looking for an independent contractor (1099) who is looking to work part time to fill an open slot in our schedule to complete on demand work. Our territory covers North to Seattle, South to Ashland, and east to Kennewick and anywhere in between. If you are looking to fill some spare time this might be the opportunity for you.
What you’ll do
Pickup medical supplies per dispatch order, verify cargo and document any damages, deliver based on dispatch instructions.
Verify Paperwork for accuracy and obtain required signatures
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday
Shift Time: This is an on-demand position. It is possible to not get called for work, but most work is dispatched by noon. Sometimes work calls for a pick up in the afternoon but wouldn’t be delivered until the next day.
What you’ll need
Love and enjoy driving to help others with supplies for their health and wellbeing.
Previous delivery experience is a plus
Valid Drivers License
No DUI convictions in the last 3 years
21 years of age or older
Reliable minivan or mid to large SUV (Absolutely A Must)
Must live within 25 miles of PDX Airport
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Not at every order pick up.
Sit for long periods of time. Driving time can be long times.
100% travel to sites.
