Because we are small, we may not have the cleanest shop, or most advanced tools, but we care about customer service, and working with customers to keep their cars on the road long term.
Independent Subaru Repair Shop is hiring for a full time Automotive Technician with desire to learn and grow. Experience with import vehicles is a must. Subaru experience preferred but not required.
Applicants Must Have:
-Valid Driver's License
-Your Own Tools
-Be self motivated and reliable
-Good work ethic
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
-Work closely with Management / Service Writer
-Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicles correctly and efficiently
-Test drive vehicles before and after the repair
-Confirm parts availability before starting job
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to join our team, and carry the same commitment and customer service focus we strive for with every client. Must be punctual, able to pass a drug test, and have a good driving record. (Current driver's license required, no exceptions).
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5.

-Need to be able to come to work even in inclement weather
Will Pay Out $500 Sign-on Bonus, with $2500 Bonus Guarantee for Master Tech after 6 months.
