We’re Hiring: Journeyman Metal Fabricator
Join the Brosseau’s Coachworks Crew
At Brosseau’s Coachworks, hotrods and classic cars aren’t just our work — they’re our passion. For over 30 years, we’ve been building dream rides for clients across the Pacific Northwest. From bare metal to show-stopping customs, our team takes pride in turning vision into reality, and we’re looking for another skilled fabricator to join us.
We’ve just moved into a brand-new 20,000 sq. ft. shop, and business is booming. That’s where you come in. We need a Journeyman Metal Fabricator who’s ready to jump right in — no hand-holding required.
What you’ll do:
- Replace panels (big and small)
- Fabricate and install patch panels
- Create custom metal panels
- Repair rust like a pro
- Align and gap panels
- (Bonus points) Suspension work and fabrication
- (Bonus points) Engine/transmission mock-up & install
- General tear-downs and assemblies
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in reputable shops (hotrods/classics required)
- A true self-starter who doesn’t need babysitting
- Your own tools (including power tools + mechanic basics)
- Someone reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Pride in both your work and your workspace (yes, we clean daily!)
- Assembly/disassembly experience is a plus
Why you’ll love it here:
- A laid-back, ego-free crew that works hard and loves what they do
- A shiny new 20,000 sq. ft. shop with plenty of projects waiting
- 4-day workweek (6 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Thurs)
- $28–$45/hr DOE, paid bi-weekly
- Vacation & sick time accrual + paid holidays
- Medical and dental benefits
If you’re serious about your craft, love hotrods and classics, and want to work with a team that values quality over ego, we’d love to hear from you.
