JOB DESCRIPTION

The word is out about our talented sewing department! Our company only added sewing services in the last couple years, and already our customers want in on the action. We custom design and produce products for our repeat customers who want to offer the best campervan options to their customers — specialty items such as van roof poptops, mattress covers and cushions, canopy extensions, and anything else our customers dream up that we can provide.

As customers bring more and more projects to us, we must grow our sewing team to align with the additional business. This position will assist with sewing projects at various levels depending on experience and growing to handle more complex tasks over time. More important than experience — we want someone who adds to our positive, can-do team environment and wants to grow with our company — so we're willing to train the right person.

This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our growing company. We need a highly motivated sewing production team member to complete projects in a reasonable time while meeting our standards of quality.

Is this you? You're excited to learn about sewing production and grow with a rising company, and you bring a positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail. If so, we'd love to hear from you! Bonus if you have industrial sewing, upholstery, foam, or CNC production experience.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Perfect Fit / Campervan HQ

We are a rapidly growing wholesale and e-commerce company that sells campervan products, as well as fabrics, foam, flooring and other materials for the marine, automotive, furniture and other industries. We've operated in the Pacific Northwest for over 100 years over our company's evolution.

We are not only growing a successful company, we’re also building happy, productive work teams who contribute meaningfully to helping people make their dreams come true – whether traveling in a campervan, sailing on a boat, or building a successful conversion business of their own.

Our retail customers get outdoors – hiking, exploring, climbing mountains, paddling rivers, surfing waves – and then sleep comfortably in their cozy portable home each night, waking to stunning sunrises in beautiful wild locations. Many of our B2B customers are busy helping their customers enjoy life in the outdoors.

The outdoor adventure spirit infuses and inspires our company culture as we grow. We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator who is excited to grow with our company.
