Hi - I'm looking for a skilled crew leader who can run exterior jobs this summer but I have interior work now and you could start immediately.
I'm hoping to hire someone who:
-works quickly, carefully and is nice
-has plenty of experience with airless sprayers
-can direct a crew of less experienced painters to get the job done
-can be organized and maintain a neat job site
-is productive and can stay on schedule
-is knowledgeable about products and techniques
-is sincere, reliable and a good communicator
-stays positive and friendly
Compensation will depend on experience, tools and paint vehicle (if you don't have one but are otherwise qualified let's talk).
Possibility of longer term employment but looking to make a commitment with someone from at least now until 10/15.
