We have 6 buildings to maintain. 5 are historic and 1 newly built, all well kept.
Helpful skills and experience. We don't expect you to have all the skills. Personality will be important to us as well.
Remolding/restoration
General carpentry
Finish carpentry (trim work, shelf building)
Interior prepping and painting
Exterior prepping and painting
Landscaping/grounds keeping
Plumbing repair (toilets, leaky faucets, clogged drain, leaky pipe)
Electrical repair (replacing outlets/switches, replacing exhaust fans/light fixtures)
Vacuum cleaner repair
Wall repair (sheetrock and lath & plaster)
Door knob repair and replacement
Ceramic tile installation and repair
Appliance repair (washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers)
Heating and cooling repair
Roof repair
