Thank you for looking at our posting. We operate a few local, small businesses (K and H Construction and K and H Testing and Repairs). We are looking for a remodel lead (someone with 2+ years of remodeling experience - running a job site of guys, looking at plans, working with designers, cutting wood, hanging drywall, looking at hours worked, etc.) to join our crew.
This person should have their own transpiration (after a 6 month trial we will provide a vehicle as required), they should have their own basic tools, they should know how to use their tools, they should be presentable to customers, and have some ability to interact with coworkers in a reasonable manner (just be an adult).
This is a full time, 8-4:30pm Monday-Friday position that pays $35-$40 an hour, and will be able to work toward W2/healthcare/401k/PTO/other benefits.
