The Role:
You will be crucial in overseeing our service and installation departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians.
Manage daily operations, scheduling, and dispatching.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Oversee departmental budgets and financial performance.
Maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Manage inventory and company vehicle fleet.
Drive strategic growth and service expansion initiatives.
Provide expert technical support and guidance.
Qualifications:
5+ years hands-on HVAC technician experience.
3+ years in an HVAC management or supervisory role.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
Excellent business acumen, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HVAC software and computers.
Valid Driver's License.
