Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can perform the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas for the affordable communities of River Glen Apartments and Ikoi So Terrace. These quaint communities have a total of 79-units and are located in the Gladstone and Milwaukie.
The Maintenance Technician II will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, plumbing, and janitorial tasks. This role requires amazing attention to detail and time management skills.

Location: River Glen Apartments (Gladstone, OR) and Ikoi So Terrace (Milwaukie, OR)
Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
