Are you a skilled cabinet maker with a passion for quality craftsmanship and precision? Maughan Design & Remodel is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented cabinet maker to join our production team. This is a shop-only position (no field installation), ideal for someone who thrives on building beautiful, custom cabinetry in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Cabinet cutout and machining

Assembly of framed and frameless cabinet cases

Final fit of doors, drawers, and specialty hardware

Reading shop drawings and interpreting detailed plans

Consistent quality checks and craftsmanship at every stage

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional cabinetry experience (preferred)

Strong skills with all shop tools: table saw, router, shaper, planer, etc.

Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and European-style hardware

High attention to detail and craftsmanship

Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a small team

Ability to read shop drawings and follow production workflows

Work Schedule & Pay

Flexible scheduling available: We are open to morning, mid-day, or evening shifts

Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM

Pay is competitive and depends on experience starting at $27
