We are currently looking for an Assistant Location Lead for a multi-location salon. Our Salon Assistant Lead is responsible for the locations sales and employee growth. They manage daily activities of the salon, while growing people inline with our company culture and mission. They work with the Salon Lead to manage these duties. Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings, and have a charismatic personality. Must be computer proficient and able to work in a team environment. Must have flexible hours. 30-40 hours per week and available evenings and Sundays. Sales Experience is preferred but not required. Diversity is valued. All are welcome to apply.
Job Purpose: The front desk is first point of contact for our guests of our salon company. They operate a multi line system of greeting, answering calls, providing information, scheduling, managing payment, among several other duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Grow incremental sales
Cultivates staff and client retention. Manages client rebook rates
Controls inventory levels and spend. Supports SL in purchase orders and receivables
Assisting in daily management of operational efficiencies/functions and hygiene of the salon
Supporting support staff meetings and delivers necessary communication (brings topics/issues to location lead to discuss at location lead meetings/team meetings)
Support annual marketing plan through implementations and achieving goals
Identifies area of improvements and provides possible solutions to Operations Director & Salon Lead
Assists Salon Lead in Handling escalated customer complaints
Supports Salon Events (I.e, not limited to Multnomah Days, LO Arts Festival Staff Retreat Halloween)
Supports Training Leader in executing location training needs
Deals with general inquiries from the team/clients of the salon
