TITLE: QA LeadLOCATION: Hybrid OR REMOTE - Portland, ORPAY: Target annual salary for this role is between $120,000 and $135,000 but may vary based on experience. ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct HireDURATION: Regular Full TimeWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- This is a lead level QA Engineer role, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Overview of responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in test case generation, validating new features, regressing current solutions, etc.
- Needs to be a lead that is okay with getting hands dirty in QA as well
- Be responsible for the distribution of work on the QA team and integration with the Scrum teams. Represent QA within the development organization.
- Lead the QA team in test automation best practices and principles.
- Provide test automation vision.
- Automation and testing using Playwright or similar applications
- 5-10 years testing ecommerce other web and mobile based software
- Demonstrated experience leading a QA team
- Demonstrated experience with test automation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of Scrum and other SDLC methodologies
- Jira experience highly desirable
- BS/BA in a technical field.
