We are a locally owned property management group that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and value to our residents. We manage a diverse portfolio of assets and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee three of our premier assets. The successful candidate will initially spend at least six months on-site as a Property Manager to gain a deep understanding of our culture, operations, residents, and team. This hands-on experience is crucial for ensuring management across all assets.

Key Responsibilities:

On Site Management (First 6 Months)

- Oversee daily operations of the assigned asset, ensuring high standards of resident satisfaction and property maintenance.

- Manage and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.

Senior Property Management (After Initial 6 Months)

- Oversee the operations of three assets, ensuring consistent and effective management practices across all locations.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance and value.

- Monitor financial performance, including forecasting and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve company goals.

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal maintenance appearance.

- Foster strong relationships with residents, and vendors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. CAM or other industry designations is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management with at least 2 years in a multi-site or area manager role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple assets and teams effectively.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Starting Wage of $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually with the potential to earn a quarterly bonus.
