US Vintage Parts is a new business that is still in the startup phase.
The job offered involves the sale of vintage computer parts to collectors and enthusiasts on eBay.
This includes vintage motherboards, graphics cards, RAM and CPU's in lots, power supplies, radios, calculators and much more. Most items are from the 80's, 90's and 2000's, but there is some going back as far as the 1950's and some from the 2010's.
Tasks include:
1. Identifying models
2. Finding identical or similar parts on eBay or elsewhere and determining competitive prices for listings
3. Packing and shelving listed items
4. Making up to 25 listings a day
5. Maintaining 500 or more listings on the eBay storefront
6. Addressing issues with orders and communicating with buyers if needed
There would be a 3 month contract to start and a longer contract afterwards depending on the sellers performance and goals. Desired commitment is 25-35 hours a week or more. There is 24/7 access to the office which is located on floor 31 of the Bancorp tower. This means a secure and professional work environment, a nice business lounge with a great view and a quick one floor drop to the restaurant.
Commission is 40% of the net sales and there are performance based bonuses in the form of newer parts and tech like laptops, TV's and monitors. Payments are made daily during the week.
