About Us: Our dynamic team at Sound Pacific Resorts, a leading RV park and network offering top-tier amenities and services to outdoor enthusiasts across the country. We are looking for a motivated and personable Membership Sales Representative to help grow our RV park membership base and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Summary: As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to our RV park and resort locations. Your main focus will be generating new leads, following up with prospective members, and closing sales. You’ll also provide information about our parks, answer inquiries, and build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell RV resort memberships to prospective customers.

Conduct sales presentations and tours of our partner resorts.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to drive sales initiatives.

Call on clients to generate referral leads/new customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing members.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Stay up to date on park offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel, leisure, or outdoor industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.

Knowledge of RV lifestyle and park amenities is a plus.
