Territory Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within the assigned geographical areas.

Interface with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements.

Contact customers regularly to maintain account relationships, advise of new product and service offerings, and obtain feedback on products.

Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value-added service.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and/or complaints.

Prepare and conduct technical and product presentations and demonstrations.

Participate in trade shows by representing the organization and sharing information on products.

Provide feedback on competitors, markets, products, ideas, laws and regulations, and other market information.

Share ideas and customer needs throughout all phases of the sales cycle

Assist in forecasts for the product(s) within assigned territory.

Provide reports on the budget and sales activity for a given period.

Update daily the CRM tool that we use with contacts, touch points and other critical information

Participate weekly in Company Sales meetings and a Level 10 meeting with your immediate supervisor.

Preferred skills and qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sales, marketing, business, or related field

· Proven success in a B2B setting of getting appointments, making sales presentations, building relationships of trust and closing sales

· Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
