Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide excellent service via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with inquiries about parts and equipment for specific vehicles or car brands.

Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory to ensure we have the right parts available when our customers need them.

Sales Facilitation: Help facilitate and track the sales of parts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.

Advisory Role: Advise customers on the best parts and equipment for their vehicles, leveraging your expertise to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in auto parts and dealership experience. Experience with DealerTrack and Ford is preferred.

Skills: Punctuality and an industrious attitude are essential.

Knowledge: A deep understanding of automotive parts and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers.
