Job Description:
As a Budtender, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and
informative experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, providing
product knowledge, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. Your positive
attitude, teamwork, and dependability will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about our products, including
strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, including age verification
and sales limits.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and
storage areas.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work
environment.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cannabis industry.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your product
knowledge and customer service skills.
Utilize conflict de-escalation skills to handle any customer concerns or disputes
effectively.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid Marijuana Worker Permit.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry is
preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of cannabis products and culture.
Dependability and punctuality are essential.
Ability to pass a background check and comply with all state and local
regulations.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, on occasion.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Clean, professional appearance.
Skilled in handling cash transactions.
Proficiency in conflict de-escalation techniques.
