Key Responsibilities
Clients Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend custom insurance solutions.
Policy Review: Evaluate and optimize existing coverages to ensure comprehensive client protection.
Business Development: Promote products and services to attract new business and retain current clients.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of clients.
Client Support: Address inquiries and resolve insurance-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Marketing: Employ effective marketing strategies to grow the client base and generate new business.
Requirements
Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington and/or Oregon.
Experience: 2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience, including experience with excess and surplus markets.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry best practices.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Bilingualism is a plus.
