Seeking an experienced budtender or excellent customer service. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door, have a conversation to discover what they are needing to purchase and suggest items that would fit the desired outcome.
Complete daily tasks, along with the opening and closing checklists. Maintain cleanliness throughout the day and follow all policies, procedures and compliance standards.
Set up next shift for success.
Ongoing education of cannabis/products to become a subject matter expert.
