Job Title: Retail Associate
Status: Full Time OR Part Time
Apollo Pools and Spas LLC, a growing Swimming Pool and Spa Retail and Service company, is looking for a full-time retail associate to join their close-knit team. Apollo’s retail team is known for excellent service throughout the Portland area, and Apollo is looking for a full-time associate to help lead the effort.
Job Description:
- Provide industry-leading customer service
- Operate POS/Cash Register
- Operate Cloud-based database on multiple platforms to perform duties
- Advise customers on water chemistry following automated and manual testing (training provided!)
- Keep shelves stocked and looking professional
- Help manage inventory and warehouse
- Assist with unloading trucks and processing inbound orders
- Create draft orders for supplies as needed
- Respond to/forward emails
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain Showroom cleanliness (including Restrooms)
- Assist with general office-keeping: mailing invoices, following up with customers, etc.
- Support management in other business functions
- Small business with fast-paced environment
- Complete other tasks as designated by Management
- Adhere to safety policies and help maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing approximately 10-50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to team lift up to 150 lbs
- Ability to stand for majority of shift

Hours
