Since 1982, The Joinery has created handcrafted furniture that brings our customers joy. A successful Sales Manager will create deep relationships with customers to sell residential furniture while leading a small sales team to meet company sales targets. This role requires strong sales skills, the ability to lead a team, and a passion for achieving goals. The position is onsite in our showrooms, not remote.
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proven ability to close sales
Management and coaching skills
Strong customer service skills through all communication channels
Passion to connect with others, improve the environment and strengthen our community
Also helpful are experience with interior design and ERP systems.
