everyone who calls our complex home.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our apartment complex. From plumbing

and electrical repairs to appliance installations and exterior maintenance, this role plays a crucial part in

maintaining the quality of our community.

Responsibilities:

- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety

standards

- Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.

- Conduct electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.

- Repair and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and laundry machines.

- Install and remove appliances as needed for unit turnover.

- Paint interior units to maintain a fresh and appealing appearance.

- Perform routine maintenance on the exterior of the community, including cleaning, and minor repairs.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant

field will be a plus

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a residential setting.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
