What You'll Do:
- Be the welcoming face of our company by managing the front desk and greeting visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and tenants, ensuring their needs are met with excellence
- Learn and utilize AppFolio to efficiently input invoices and process rent payments
- Keep our office running smoothly by managing supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assist our team with various administrative tasks to promote productivity
- Modify and prepare documents as needed
- Organize and maintain our filing systems for easy access
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of one year of experience in an office setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a great addition!
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
