Overview: Inside Sales Representative (Real Estate)

This is a 100% commission position with an extremely lucrative compensation model. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be contacting homeowners who are either actively trying to sell their home or whose contract with their previous realtor has expired. Your goal will be to set appointments for them to meet with a local realtor from our brokerage. While these are technically cold calls, you're not randomly calling homeowners—we’re only reaching out to those who have already expressed a strong interest in selling. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in real estate while developing phone sales skills, with support from experienced owners, managers and mentors.

This role is also a unique chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at a real estate operation. If you're interested, it can provide a direct path toward becoming a broker.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to homeowners who are actively trying to sell or who are looking to relist after their previous contract expired.

Set appointments for homeowners to meet with a local realtor from our brokerage.

Use our dialer system and CRM to efficiently manage your calls and client interactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Handle objections and rejection confidently, focusing on setting appointments with qualified homeowners.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies and maximize conversion rates.

Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop your phone sales skills and improve your handling of objections.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements:

Prior phone sales experience is a plus but not required—we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Ability to handle objections and rejection with resilience and a positive attitude.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A proactive mindset with the ability to stay focused on setting appointments and achieving targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is a bonus, but we offer comprehensive training.

A desire to learn, grow, and develop your sales skills in a supportive environment.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based with performance bonuses. Additionally, we offer a monthly bonus for the first two months while your commissions start to kick in.
