VPMG Property Management is hiring a full-time, in-person Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Vancouver, WA. We're looking for a professional with great communication and organizational skills.
Key Duties Include:
- Leasing & marketing vacant units, including property showings
- Communicating with owners & tenants to fulfill requests
- Coordinating maintenance work orders & inspections
- Ensuring legal compliance & accurate documentation
- Other property management responsibilities
Requirements:
- 1+ years of property management experience
- Strong communication and ability to learn our property management software & processes quickly
- Valid driver’s license and insured & reliable vehicle
