Privately owned and managed apartment community seeking a full-time, in-person Assistant Property Manager. This individual will support day-to-day operations including, but not limited to:
Collecting rent payments and serving notices
Answering phones, texts, and emails
Touring prospects and handling leasing and marketing
Coordinating unit inspections and maintenance requests
Processing rental applications and resident move-ins/outs
Addressing resident disputes and providing exceptional customer service
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Location: SE 92nd/Powell
Housing: This position does not include an apartment or rent credit.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year in multifamily property management preferred
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional languages a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new property management software or tools
Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
