Office Coordinator:
The Office Coordinator works with the Office Manager and the Office staff to provide quality customer service to our clients and excellent support to the owner, estimators and our field crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering busy phone and email
Scheduling estimates and jobs
Obtaining city permits and communicating with urban foresters
Coordinating with utilities and contractorsMaintaining an organized office and filing system
Miscellaneous projects (written, design, etc.) in tandem with Office Manager
Required Skills & Abilities:
Acute attention to detail
Friendly and warm with clients, contractors, and co-workers
Ability to multi-task in a busy setting
Reliable and communicative
Willing to problem-solve
Ideal Qualities & Experience:
Experience with Google suite (calendar, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal skills
