Seeking a highly organized, motivated, and highly communicative assistant who can juggle a lot of tasks and keep life sane for a very busy design executive and creative entrepreneur. Possible tasks on any day could include the following:
- Basic household tasks - groceries, occasional food prep, laundry, cleaning, organizing, errands
- Short term (Airbnb) and long-term rental management and communication with tenants & guests
- Overseeing and tracking progress on construction progress (knowledge of construction is highly valuable, but it's not necessary)
- Office and administrative tasks like cataloging receipts, tracking budgets, etc.
- Social media management (it would help if you have some creative skills like photography, writing, design or having a design eye, etc.)
- Production assistant for filmmaking, photo shoots, events, or other creative projects.
- Handy work like painting, staining, simple installation, etc.
Reliability and having a flexible schedule are highly important. Being a student or having another part-time job might be okay, but depends on how busy your schedule is. Being proactive is also valuable learning generally what needs to be done, and noticing when it needs to be done without being instructed.
This will start as an hourly, part time, contract gig (around 5-15 hours a week). Over time, this opportunity could grow.
